Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED.
• Experience working with children.
• Coursework in child development or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support and coach staff to maintain safety and joy standards.
• Maintain site documents and licensing up to date.
• Communicate with families,client partners and staff; respond timely during program hours.
• Record student check-ins/check-outs and attendance per policy.
• Implement daily activities and curriculum for a safe, engaging environment.
