Right At School is seeking a Program Manager in Virginia to lead our before- and after-school enrichment programs. You will ensure a safe, engaging environment while coaching staff and coordinating with families.

The ideal candidate will manage attendance, daily activities, and program operations, and communicate with the Area Manager to meet program goals. Pay rate: $19.00–$24.00 per hour; schedule: Mon–Fri with split shifts.

Formación

• Experience balancing competing priorities while delivering quality service.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of their needs.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field.
• Strong oral, written and visual communication with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff and community.
• Familiarity with Google tools or willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Drive mission by ensuring safety and joy, coaching staff, and maintaining compliant site records.
• Support safety protocols and report on participant well-being.
• Engage meaningfully with families, client partners, peers and children to build trust.
• Maintain attendance records and implement check-in/out procedures.
• Implement daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
