Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Part-Time After-School Site Program Manager in Odessa, Texas. You will lead a team of Educators, ensure safety and licensing compliance, and foster strong relationships with families and school partners to deliver engaging after-school programming.

The role involves coordinating daily activities, maintaining accurate attendance records, and addressing day-to-day issues while ensuring a positive, enriching environment for children.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a High School diploma/GED.
• One year of supervisor/management experience.
• 70 clock hours of training in child or youth development, recreational leadership, or management.
• At least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare program.
• Documentation verifying qualifications before interview.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Educators with coaching and day-to-day guidance.
• Maintain licensing standards and safety/attendance protocols.
• Oversee check-in/check-out to ensure accurate attendance records.
• Communicate with families, school partners, and Area Manager during program hours.
• Plan and oversee daily enrichment curriculum and activities.
