Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Part‑time Program Manager in the Lamar ISD area to lead a team of Educators, ensure safety and licensing compliance, and build strong relationships with families and school partners. The role supports daily operations, attendance accuracy, and enrichment activities during after-school hours.

The position offers weekday afternoons, with opportunities for growth in education leadership within a nationwide program.

Qualifications

• Experience managing competing priorities while delivering quality service to staff, families, and school partners.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience working with children, including those with unique or special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development or a related field (preferred).
• Strong oral, written, and visual communication skills with both adults and children.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Educators, providing coaching, feedback, and day‑to‑day guidance.
• Keep site documentation, licensing standards, and safety and attendance protocols up to date and compliant with state and company standards.
• Oversee daily check‑in and check‑out procedures, ensuring accurate attendance records.
• Communicate regularly with families, school partners, and your Area Manager, responding promptly to emails, calls, and inquiries during program hours.
• Plan and oversee daily enrichment curriculum, movement, team games, and independent activity stations.
