Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Part-time Program Manager to lead a team of Educators at multiple Alamo Heights area sites in the Medina Valley district. You’ll coach staff, ensure safety and licensing compliance, and maintain strong relationships with families and school partners.

You’ll oversee daily attendance, plan enrichment activities, and address day-to-day issues while upholding state and company standards. This role offers hands-on leadership in a community-focused education program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 21+ years old.
• At least one year of supervisor/management experience.
• At least one year of experience working with children; 70 clock hours training completed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Educators, providing coaching, feedback, and day-to-day guidance.
• Keep site documentation, licensing standards, and safety and attendance protocols up to date and compliant with state and company standards.
• Oversee daily check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate attendance records.
• Communicate regularly with families, school partners, and your Area Manager, responding promptly during program hours.
• Plan and oversee daily enrichment curriculum, movement, games, and activity stations delivered by your team.
• Address and resolve day-to-day issues or conflicts among staff, students, or families.
• Monitor the program environment for safety and ensure safety protocols are followed.
