Right At School seeks a Program Manager to lead before/after school programs in New Jersey. The role supports safety, daily enrichment, and family communication while aligning with district goals.

Qualifications

• Experience handling multiple priorities while delivering quality service to stakeholders.
• Ability to work with children and understanding of diverse needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with adults and children.
• Familiarity with Google workspace or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and joy by modeling professional standards and maintaining protocols.
• Engage with families, clients, peers, and children to build relationships.
• Maintain attendance records and daily check-in/out procedures.
• Implement daily activities, curriculum, and a safe, engaging environment.
