Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to oversee before- and after-school programs in New Jersey. The role focuses on safety, program quality, and family communications, with shifts from 7:00-9:05 and 15:30-18:00, up to 23.42 hours weekly.

Compensation ranges from $21 to $26 per hour based on education and experience. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, childcare experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of unique needs.
• Strong communication with adults and children; professional example.
• Familiarity with Google tools or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: model safety and joy standards; coach staff and maintain up-to-date documents and licensing.
• Safety Assurance: report safety protocols and provide proof of MMR.
• Effective Communication: engage with families, clients, peers, and children; respond to inquiries during program hours.
