Job summary

Bristol Public Schools is seeking a Site Assistant for the 21st Century Afterschool PAL Program to support and supervise school-based programming. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree preferred and be proficient in Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities include managing attendance and ensuring student safety while promoting a positive role model in the PAL program. This is a part-time position with hours of 3:30 to 6:00 PM, Monday to Thursday.

Qualifications

• Experience in an educational setting or coursework related to education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and write business correspondence.
• Familiarity with mathematical concepts and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise school-based sites and programming.
• Take and input daily attendance and food service data.
• Ensure students are picked up daily following BPS policies.
