Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator to support local school districts during before- and after-school programs in Kentucky. The role centers on safe, engaging activities and daily enrichment to inspire learning.

Pay rate ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour based on education and experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday with morning and afternoon shifts, up to 26.25 hours per week across multiple schools within the district.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred or required by state.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily activities and curriculum aligned with program objectives.
• Lead structured daily fitness, activities, and educational experiences.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance.
• Communicate with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
