Job summary

Right At School is seeking educators to support before/after school programs across partner schools in the Livermore area. You will organize daily activities, plan curriculum, lead fitness and enrichment sessions, and model positive guidance to create a safe, engaging environment.

Ideal candidates have customer service skills, teamwork, and experience with children under 13; ability to lift 25 lbs; and a passion for learning and healthy living.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 preferred.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals, updates, collaboration, and accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: plan curriculum, fitness, and engaging activities.
• Lead by Example: maintain a safe, nurturing environment with positive guidance.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor environment, document attendance and incidents.
• Communication: effectively interact with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
