Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator to support before- and after-school programs in Pennsylvania. You will organize daily activities, lead curriculum-aligned sessions, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for children under 13.

Ideal candidates bring customer service skills, teamwork, and a genuine love for learning. This role requires PA state prerequisites, including First Aid/CPR, with 18+ age and other credentials as listed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with college credits in early childhood education or related human services field required or equivalent
• 60+ hours of secondary training accepted as alternate qualification
• CDA certificate preferred but not required
• Ability to meet PA state requirements including First Aid/CPR and TB clearance
• Experience with children under 13 is desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities and curriculum aligned with program goals
• Prepare and facilitate activities, fitness, and educational routines
• Model positive behavior and maintain nurturing, safe environment
• Monitor safety, attendance, incidents, and reporting
• Communicate effectively with children, families, staff and school personnel
