Right At School is seeking an Educator to join our before/after school program in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will lead activities, deliver safe, engaging curriculum, and support daily fitness and learning goals.

Ideal candidates have customer service skills, the ability to work with children under 13, and flexibility to cover multiple schools. This part-time role offers morning and afternoon shifts, with a home base at a local school.

Qualifications

• Must meet state requirements for Ohio.
• First Aid and CPR in-person.
• Tuberculosis test cleared.
• Proof of MMR.
• Age 18+ and High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals, share progress, and foster collaboration.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities aligned with program objectives.
• Lead by example to maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
• Prioritize safety and joy; document attendance and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
