Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator to support our after-school program in New York. You will lead daily activities, guide students in a safe, engaging environment, and collaborate with staff and families to meet program goals.

You’ll contribute to a positive learning atmosphere, manage classroom activities, and document progress while upholding safety protocols and company values.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years old.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Commitment to inspiring a love of learning and healthy living.
• Willingness to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review daily goals and updates in program meetings.
• Prepare and lead structured activities and curriculum aligned with program objectives.
• Model safe, nurturing behavior and positive guidance in the classroom.
• Monitor safety, attendance, incidents and other observations per protocols.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
