Right At School is hiring an Educator for the 2026-2027 school year in Germantown Hills School District. The role involves morning and after-school shifts (6:30 am–8:15 am and 3:00 pm–6:00 pm) with a strong emphasis on safety, learning, and supportive supervision of children up to age 13.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of verifiable experience working with children under 13 in a childcare/school setting.
• State-specific requirements may apply.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Proof of High School diploma or GED is required.
• First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• TB test and MMR documentation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities and curriculum aligned with program goals.
• Organize and facilitate engaging activities and daily fitness routines.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance.
• Document attendance, incidents, and observations while ensuring safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
