Job summary

Right At School is hiring for the 2026-2027 school year as an Educator in Germantown Hills School District. We provide before and after school programs focused on fun, learning, and safety for children.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience with children under 13, the ability to lift 25 lbs, and a passion for inspiring a love of learning. The role runs Monday to Friday mornings and afternoons with a supportive team and opportunities to work with local programs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of verifiable experience working with children under 13 in a childcare/school setting.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• First Aid and CPR certifications (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• 18+ years of age.
• Proof of High School diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Review goals and updates daily with the team.
• Prepare and lead activities aligned with program objectives.
• Model positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Monitor safety, document attendance and incidents as needed.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and school personnel.
