Right At School is seeking an Educator to support local school districts with before and after school programs, delivering engaging activities and a safe, structured environment for children.

The role requires nurturing guidance, the ability to manage classroom routines, and a commitment to inspiring a love of learning while working a split shift from 06:00–08:35 and 15:30–18:00, with some variation based on district needs.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals, updates, ideas, progress, and team accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: plan activities and curriculum aligned with objectives; lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum.
• Leading by Example: maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance and classroom management.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor environment, address hazards, document attendance and incidents.
• Communication: effectively engage children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
