Right At School in Orlando is seeking an Educator to support before/after school programs. You’ll help plan daily activities, maintain a safe, engaging environment, and model positive guidance for children aged up to 12.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliable attendance, and a passion for healthy living and learning. Ideal candidates bring customer service mindset, the ability to lift 25lbs, and flexibility to cover related local programs as needed.

Formación

• 1 year of experience working with children under 13 preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Must meet Florida state requirements: First Aid/CPR in-person, TB test, MMR proof, 18+ years old, HS diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Review daily goals and updates in meetings.
• Prepare activities and curriculum for the day, including structured fitness and education.
• Lead by example with a safe, nurturing environment and positive guidance.
• Monitor safety, address hazards, and document attendance and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and school personnel.
