Job summary

Right At School in Hatboro, PA is seeking an Educator to support before- and after-school programs for children up to 13 years old. You will organize engaging activities, ensure safety, and maintain strong communications with families and school staff.

The role offers split shifts, with morning and afternoon slots, and involves up to 25 hours per week. A passion for learning and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with additional college credits in education or related human services field.
• First Aid and CPR certified in-person.
• Ability to meet state-specific requirements and TB test clearance.
• Experience with children under 13 years of age is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review daily goals and updates in program meetings.
• Prepare activities and curriculum aligned with objectives.
• Lead structured daily fitness and educational activities.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and positive guidance.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and school personnel.
