Job summary

QSAC is hiring a Direct Support Professional for our ASP in Astoria, NY. This part-time role runs 2:45–6:00 PM, with a minimum of 3 days per week. The position offers paid training and exposure to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

You will support children and adults with autism, implement program plans, and document progress under supervision. A high school diploma is required; autism experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with autism or ID/DD, or pursuing related degree preferred.
• Available to work the ASP shift 2:45–6:00 PM at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support ABA-based programming as assigned.
• Implement and adhere to treatment and program plans.
• Complete required program documentation.
• Assist with after-school activities and supervision.
