Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking an ABA Direct Support Professional to work with children and young adults ages 3-21 in homes and the community. This part-time role offers after-school, evening, and weekend hours in a growing ABA program.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, collecting data, and collaborating with a clinical team. Prior ABA experience is preferred, but training is available; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA preferred but training available
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Bi-lingual applicants strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Work directly with individuals aged 3–21 with special needs
• Implement behavior plans and programs developed by the clinical supervisor
• Collect daily data
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and clinical team members
• Assist in teaching, role-modeling, and applying treatment interventions and strategies
