QSAC, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the ASP After School Program in Queens Village, NY. This entry-level role supports children and adults with autism, working within clinical plans and providing active programming after school.

The position offers paid training, opportunities to learn ABA concepts, and a schedule of 2:45-6:00 PM, minimum three days per week, with a strong focus on compassion and teamwork in a supportive nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with people with autism preferred.
• Available to work after-school program at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Successful completion of ABA Learning series and evaluations.
• Implement and adhere to established treatment/program plans.
• Complete required program documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior management.
