Qualifications

• Experience with children with autism or related developmental needs.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) concepts and methods.
• Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, psychology or special education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor ABA-based therapy plans for clients.
• Collect and record data on client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with psychologists, speech and occupational therapists.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records.
• Adapt interventions based on client needs and progress.
• Work with clients in schools and home settings.
• Promote social, emotional, and behavioral growth.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current with best practices.
