Quality Services for the Autism Community (QSAC), Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our ASP after-school program in the Bronx. You will work 2:45-6:00 PM, up to 3 days per week, providing support under ABA-driven plans and engaging activities for participants with autism.

The role is entry-level with paid training, offering hands-on experience in behavioral support and community-based services in a nonprofit setting, with opportunities to grow within QSAC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience working with people with autism or ID/DD preferred.
• Available to work in After School Program at least 3 days a week.

Responsabilités

• Complete required ABA Learning series and evaluations.
• Implement and adhere to established treatment/program plans.
• Complete required program documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior management.
