Job summary

CALEX SPORTS INC. is seeking an After School Dance Teacher in the Bay Area. This part-time role involves teaching dance to elementary school children, managing classes, and creating a positive learning environment at in-person sites across local schools.

Classes run 1–1.5 hours, weekdays, with a maximum of 2–5 hours per week. Candidates should be 19+, have a high school diploma, and be able to work independently with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old.
• Willing to undergo live scan background check and TB test.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
• Own car and valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage classes of 8–16 students ages 5–10 and teach different forms of dance.
• Attend up to two days of unpaid training/shadowing.
• Take attendance, sign in/out students, and communicate with parents and school office staff.
• Capture photos from sessions for program use.
