Job summary

CALEX SPORTS INC is seeking an enthusiastic After School Dance Teacher to lead dance classes for elementary students in Bay Area programs. This part-time role involves managing classes, preparing lessons, and fostering a positive learning environment in person at local schools.

Classes run on weekdays for 1–1.5 hours, with 2–5 hours per week. Applicants should be 19+, have a high school diploma, enjoy working with kids, and be reliable and punctual. A valid driver's license and car are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old at application.
• Experience teaching or playing pickleball or tennis is a plus.
• In-person teaching role requiring reliable transportation.
• Willingness to undergo background check and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Lead dance classes for K-3 in Bay Area schools.
• Manage classes (8-16 students) and ensure engaging lessons.
• Attend short unpaid training/shadowing sessions.
• Take attendance and interact with school staff and parents.
