Job summary

CALEX SPORTS INC is seeking part-time after-school coaches to lead sports sessions for children aged 5–10 in Bay Area elementary schools. Classes run Monday–Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, typically about one hour per class with optional extra 30 minutes of pre-care. Pay is $50–$65 per session and equipment is provided.

Ideal candidates live locally, are reliable, and can travel between sites. Training session is required, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old.
• Live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience coaching or working with kids is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to undergo TB test and Live Scan.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not provided).

Responsibilities

• Teach classes for ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size (8–16) and foster a positive environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing before starting.
• Take attendance and interact with parents/school staff.
• Capture class photos for documentation.
