Job summary

Nexplore Instructor role delivering in-person STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills, and/ or Fitness instruction in after-school settings. Supplied with training, lesson plans, curriculum, and materials, you will teach students in PreK-12 across multiple programs and report to a Program Success Manager.

The position is part-time with a fixed after-school schedule. Compensation is $55 per hour per class, with opportunities for camps and events as assignments.

Qualifications

• Part-time position with a set after-school schedule.
• AA Degree (or higher) required or higher.
• 2+ years teaching/instructing preferred.
• Experience working with children.
• Teaching degree or certificate is a PLUS!
• Must commit to the full proposed schedule.
• Great communication and presentation skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willing to complete mandatory training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person instruction across STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills and/or Fitness.
• Prepare for instruction using provided lesson plans, curriculum, and materials.
• Teach students in grades PreK-12 (varies by assignment).
• Report to Program Success Manager.
