Job summary

ExpertCare is hiring reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes in Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities while also taking clients into the community to grow personal goals outside the home.

We value compassion, patience, and dependability and require reliable transportation, background checks, and the ability to work flexible schedules. Full and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable individuals preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 caregiving in clients' homes.
• Support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities.
• Assist clients with community activities to grow goals outside home.
• Follow care plans and document progress as needed.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
