Mentoring Alliance is seeking an Afternoon Child Care Worker to lead enrichment activities for elementary students in our after-school program. This ministry-minded role focuses on fostering youth development and modeling positive values in a caring environment. The position is part-time and non-exempt, averaging 17–20 hours per week, with work Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m.

to 6:00 p.m. CPR/First Aid certification is mandatory, and a background check is required.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 17 years old; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is mandatory.
• Spanish-speaking ability is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead elementary students in enrichment activities.
• Work Monday–Friday 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the school year.
• Commit to ministry values and be a role model for kids.
