Job summary

The-Mentoring-Alliance is seeking a Part Time Child Care Worker to lead elementary students in after-school enrichment activities. This ministry-focused role emphasizes fostering youth development and serving as a positive role model within a Christian context.

The position averages 17–20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. CPR/First Aid certification is mandatory and a background check will be conducted. Must be 17+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age; High School Diploma or GED preferred and some post-secondary training highly preferred.
• Pass Mandatory Background/Sex offender check.
• Ability to earn CPR/First Aid certification (mandatory).
• Spanish-speaking ability greatly valued.
