Wasatch Behavioral Health in American Fork, Utah, is seeking a Full-Time Human Service Worker for the Vantage Point North youth crisis shelter. You will provide direct support, supervision, and guidance to youth aged 10–17 facing family conflict, emotional distress, trauma, or housing instability.

The role offers a competitive pay range of $17.50–$22.17 per hour and opportunities for professional growth in a fast-paced, meaningful setting. The schedule varies; weekends and evenings are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must pass background check and WBH hiring standards.
• Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support and supervision to program participants.
• Facilitate structured activities, skills groups, and daily routines.
• Assist with crisis intervention and maintain a safe environment.
• Document client interactions, progress, and observations accurately.
• Collaborate with therapists, supervisors, and other team members.
• Model positive behavior and healthy coping strategies.
