Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review records for status change and process data into the student information system.
• Check applications for accuracy and resolve errors.
• Assign residence codes and update routine applications.
• Handle payments: fees via cash, check, or card; post to system and reconcile receipts.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person; assist students and staff.
• Capture student photos ID cards for students and staff.
• Register and admit students; manage changes of program/major and add/drop requests.
• Identify codes for reporting in the system; manage routine updates.
