Part Time Administrative Coordinator for a Sustainability Consulting Firm

We’re a rapidly growing sustainability and green building consulting firm in immediate need of a Part-Time Assistant (20hours per week). We are seeking someone motivated by the challenge to expand their administrative, organizing, customer service and communication skills. Requirements

Requirements:

  • This is an hourly part-time position
  • Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and preferably in San Mateo County
  • 0-2 years of experience in administration

Working Conditions:

  • Assist with training events and coordination with speakers
  • Individually lift up to 30 pounds
  • Part-time 20 hour/week position
  • Work remotely approximately five days a week
  • Local travel required
  • Attend meetings
