SAAJCO seeks a reliable and highly organized Part-Time Administrative Coordinator to support the Executive Director and help manage the organization’s recurring administrative needs.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently manage routine responsibilities, track deadlines and follow-up items, and maintain organized systems. The position is approximately 15-18 hours per week, with the potential for hours to increase as the organizational needs and funding allow.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience working with a small nonprofit or supporting a senior organizational leader is preferred but not required.
Schedule: This is a part-time position of approximately 15–18 hours per week, spread across four to five weekdays. The specific schedule can be arranged with the selected candidate and any upcoming task/projects.
Location: Remote
Reports to: Executive Director
Salary: $25 per hour
Start Date: Immediately
Regular availability during agreed-upon Pacific time business hours is required. Candidates based in the Pacific time zone are preferred but not required.
