Ginger Cove is seeking a Part-Time Activities Assistant to join our Resident Services team. This role is critical for creating engaging experiences that enhance residents' well-being in our life-care retirement community.

As an Activities Assistant, you will assist with leading activities and develop meaningful programs that support physical, emotional, and social wellness. The position offers a supportive environment with opportunities to build lasting relationships with residents.

Qualifications

• At least one year's experience in therapeutic recreation services with the elderly preferred.
• Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer’s and/or dementia.
• Computer literacy and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and leading daily activities and programs.
• Encourage resident participation in community activities.
• Maintain activity spaces and support resident engagement.
