Carolina Services Inc. (CSI) is a Charleston-based commercial space planning and improvement company seeking an Accounting/Operations Admin to assist the Operations team with financial transactions, data entry, invoice processing, and reporting.

This part-time role (8-20 hours/week) offers flexibility within business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm) and is ideal for a student or recent graduate aiming to gain real-world accounting experience in the construction sector.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED.
• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Interest in construction industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations.
• Help maintain accurate financial records and proper documentation.
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Assist with filing, organizing records, and administrative accounting tasks.
• Support team with ad hoc projects as needed.
