Responsibilities

• Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling all information.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations for multiple bank and credit card accounts.
• Complete daily and weekly reconciliations of various expenses.
• Identify returned banking items and communicate them promptly.
• Prepare and enter journal entries, including labor distribution and sales journal entries.
• Provide full back up support for accounts payable as needed.
• Periodically reconcile balance sheet and expense accounts.
• Extract and organized system information for management as needed.
