Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or accounting or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of accounting and/or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with Church Windows is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records for donations, disbursements, payroll taxes, and general ledger.
• Process Pension and HSA deposits for eligible employees.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting.
• Coordinate with Treasurer and HR Committee on health stipends.
• Ensure internal controls and secure handling of records.
• Attend monthly church council meetings and budget committee meetings.
• Maintain personnel files and update manuals and permanent records.
