Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
• Month-end close support.
• Small to mid-sized business environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, including customer billing, payment application, and collections follow-up.
• Process accounts payable invoices and maintain vendor records.
• Assist with company credit card administration, receipt collection, and reconciliations.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and support accounting projects.
• Maintain office and kitchen supply inventories and coordinate ordering as needed.
• Support the Controller with month-end and other accounting-related activities.
