Job summary

CBRE is seeking a part-time accounting coordinator in Bee Cave, TX to provide accurate data entry support for accounts receivable and other accounting tasks for a defined portfolio of CBRE properties.

You'll perform AR data entry, AP invoice coding, assist with month-end filings, bank reconciliations, and budgeting support, with a flexible schedule and part-time hours.

Applicants must have a two-year accounting/finance program and at least one year of experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires two-year accounting/finance program.
• Minimum of one year accounting or finance experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Enter AR transactions including lease abstracts, tenant terminations, and rent statements.
• Code and enter AP invoices, review invoices, and process vendor payments.
• Support month-end by organizing and maintaining financial files.
• Monitor recurring payments and assist with annual budgets.
• Assist with bank reconciliations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
