Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access-control procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, manage visitor registration, and maintain access records.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, solution-focused manner and escalate as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, operations spaces, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership and document incidents and actions taken.
