Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors at a technology, media, and telecom location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access-control points, verify credentials, and direct individuals as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following established protocols.
• Document patrol findings and communicate observations to leadership and site contacts.
