Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out access control procedures and policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and support entry/exit procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents following escalation and communication procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, common areas, and perimeter.
• Document access activity, incidents, and policy exceptions clearly for leadership.
