Job summary

Sitemetric LLC in Sterling, VA is seeking a part-time Access Control Officer for day shifts. You will register workers, issue badges, manage parking, visitors and deliveries, and provide onsite security support at customer construction sites.

This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. You will work with senior leadership, travel may be required, and you must be able to pass screening and licensing as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to follow SOPs and adapt to dynamic schedules.
• Ability to work in-person at job sites.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control for everyone entering the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure badges are issued and scanned for identity verification and headcount accuracy.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: Support access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Assist with one-time and ongoing access control needs.
