Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• College degree required.
• Type at least 40 words per minute.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and vendors at a technology facility.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and process entry and records.
• Respond to alarms and incidents in a calm, procedural manner.
• Conduct regular/ random patrols of entry points and restricted areas.
• Follow procedures for reporting, documentation, and shift handoffs.
