Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Entry Authorization in San Francisco, CA. You will manage access control, greet visitors, verify credentials, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service at a commercial real estate location.

You will maintain a visible presence and deter security incidents while supporting a welcoming environment. The role offers flexible part-time hours with a pay rate of $27.00 per hour and the chance to join a leading security team

Qualifications

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per laws; drug screen required where permitted.
• Licensing requirements may apply; driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor and manage access to the property by verifying credentials and directing authorized individuals.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, common areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized access.
• Maintain daily activity reports and communicate observations to supervision and site management.
