Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner using established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the property, observe and report unusual conditions and maintain accurate shift documentation.
• Communicate clearly with visitors, tenants, vendors, and property personnel while following site requirements.
