Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Access Control Patrol in San Francisco, CA. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service in a technology-focused workplace.

The role offers a DayTime schedule with Wed 10:30 AM - 07:00 PM and Thu 10:30 AM - 07:00 PM shifts, at a pay rate of $40.95 per hour. Allied Universal emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a guard card or license preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/locality.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures and maintain a welcoming presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear activity reports and communicate observations to leadership and site contacts.
