Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while following site security procedures.
• Monitor building entrances, verify access credentials, and maintain visitor logs.
• Respond calmly to incidents and follow emergency procedures when needed.
• Conduct patrols of common areas and perimeter to detect unauthorized access.
• Communicate observations to leadership and property personnel in a timely manner.
