Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access-control procedures and policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and maintain access records.
• Screen and direct inbound/outbound traffic to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond calmly to incidents and notify appropriate contacts or emergency personnel.
• Conduct patrols of access points, loading areas, and perimeter; document observations.
